1.How can I place order on The Adamant Gen website?
You can place the order on the website by adding the product you like in the cart and checking out with either of the given payment methods. However, soon you will also be able to place orders from our app once we launch it.
2.How order value is calculated at The Adamant Gen?
It is calculated after applying discounts/GST/VAT or any other charges applicable.
3.Can I add more items in the same order after I have placed the order?
Due to our quick dispatch system, once the order is placed, the items in the order cannot be changed in any form. However, you can always place a separate order.
4. Can I cancel my order placed at the platform?
You can cancel the placed order before it is delivered to you. You will be entitled to get complete refund of the amount within 7 working days if the order is paid online.
If you want to cancel the order after it is delivered to you, you will have to opt for return/exchange option on the website from the account from which the order was placed. In that case, you will be entitled to get the order amount minus the delivery fees charged by our delivery partners (if applicable) back irrespective of whether paid online or in cash if the product is in the same condition.
5.How my order will be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by our delivery partner. Our shipping policies are in line with the policies of our delivery partner – Instashipin who in turn works with delhivery, blue dart, etc.
6.How much shipping charges will be levied?
For the orders below 1500, you will be levied the delivery charges of Rs. 70.
7. Can I change the address after I have placed the order?
You can change the shipping address at the time of placing the order. Any changes in the shipping address after the order is placed cannot be made in the account on website. However, under such circumstances you can reach out to our support team at support@theadamantgen.com mentioning your order number in subject line and requesting the change in delivery address. We will change the same if the product is not dispatched.
8.When will my order get dispatched?
We usually dispatch the order within zero to 2 working days from the date of order. The order is delivered to you on the shipping address mentioned by you.
9. When can I expect the delivery of my order?
You can expect the delivery of the order in minimum 1 to maximum 14 working days. If the order is not received within the mentioned tenure, you can reach out to us at support@theadamantgen.com We will make sure to provide you with earliest delivery or otherwise, we will refund your money if the order is not delivered to you.
10.How can I track my orders?
You can track your order with the tracking number in ‘Orders’ column in your account at The Adamant Gen.
11. What if something happens to my parcel in transit?
If anything happens to your parcel in transition before it has reached you, the amount of the order will be refunded to you along with proper intimation of the loss of the parcel.
12.What if the parcel I received is damaged or broken?
If you receive a parcel that is broken or damaged, please do not accept the delivery of the same. If you have accepted the delivery of such a parcel, let us know at support@theadamantgen.com along with pictures of the damaged parcel. And under such cases, please keep the broken seal/ packaging bag secured with you for 7 days post-delivery for us to investigate the matter.
If the product inside the parcel is damaged, you can apply for return or exchange.
13. Do you ship outside India?
Currently we do not ship outside India, but we do plan to do the same in near future.
Returns & Exchanges
1.Can I return the product I ordered?
We accept the returns if you are unsatisfied with the product or the product is damaged or the product is different from the product you ordered.
2.What is the return period?
When the return request is made from your side, you can do so within the period of 7 days from the day you received the product. After the seventh day, our system will fail to accept any return under any circumstances.
3.Can I make return request from any other account of The Adamant Gen?
The return request has to be made from the same account from which the order was placed on the website.
4.How much refund will I get if I return the product?
You are liable to receive the order amount you paid online (or in cash) minus the delivery fees charged by our delivery partner (if applicable). However, during the pick-up if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered to you, we will not be able to process the return request and you will not be liable to get any refunds.
5. How much time does it take to get my refund?
The refunds are usually processed within the time period of 7 working days from the day of receiving the product back at our facility. However, in some rare cases it can take as long as 14 working days.
We take the refund job extremely seriously and thus, once your return request is accepted after the quality check of the returned product, you can sit back and relax as we assure you that your due money will be returned to you.
Under extremely rare circumstances, if the refund has taken more than 14 working days due to delays at banks, you will be notified. However, we do still give the same assurance that your due money will be returned to you.
6.In which source will I get my refund money back?
The refund money is sent back to the source from where the money was deducted. In case of cash on delivery, the money will be refunded using the debit card or net banking details provided by the user.
7.Under which condition, the return request is rejected?
The product(s) selected for return must have the original tag(s) intact with no sign of being worn or washed. The product(s) should not have any scent on it. Additionally, the product(s) must be free from any marks of makeup or any other colour or dust marks. If any or all of these conditions are not fulfilled, the return request is rejected.
8.What if mistakenly wrong item is sent by me for return?
Make sure the correct items for return are handed over to the delivery executive in its original packaging. Our company will not be able to bear the liability of handling the incorrect item sent to us. Moreover, under such circumstances, additional shipping charges may be levied for picking up of a correct item again and shipping back the incorrect one.
9.Do I also have to return the gift if I return the product?
In case of return requests, you are liable to send the freebie (free gift) which you have received along with the product, back to us as per the company’s policies. In case, if the freebie is not returned along with the product, the return request will not be processed for refunds.
10.Can I exchange the product with different size?
In case you are facing size-related issues, you can opt for the exchange option. We will be happy to ship the exchange, provided it is available in our stock. If the size you desire for is not available on the website, you are free to opt for return option.
Moreover, we suggest you to follow our size-chart guidelines while placing the order for you to enjoy the product at your desired time and avoid the long-waiting.
11.Can I exchange the product with different product or color?
No. You cannot exchange the product for different color or different product. However, you can exchange your product for different size of the same product. If you want altogether a different product, you can place the order for the same separately.
